Puget Sound Info is built by Sitka Technology Group and managed by the Puget Sound Partnership and an advisory group of regional partners.

Puget Sound Info is open source software available under GNU Affero General Public License (AGPL), except for the platform home page and the Data Center page which are owned by Tahoe Regional Planning Agency and may be made available under a commercial license (contact TRPA for more information). The open source components of the Puget Sound Info platform may be freely modified and redistributed under the terms of the AGPL as published by the Free Software Foundation.

The Action Agenda Tracker is an instance of ProjectFirma which is co-owned by Tahoe Regional Planning Agency and Sitka Technology Group. Source code is available under the terms of the AGPL and is available on GitHub.

Vital Signs and NEP Atlas modules are co-owned by Puget Sound Partnership and Sitka Technology Group. Source code is available under the terms of the AGPL and is available upon request.
